As the grandson of a Protestant pastor and member of a family that has always given a high priority to its spiritual life, Direct Net Group President Sam Pierce is especially pleased and honored to make loans to the faith-based community a special part of our lending program.
We welcome inquiries from all faiths for financing on churches, temples, synagogues and other houses of worship.
Our church loan program includes loans for:
* Purchases
* Refinances
* Construction, including acquisition of land and fixtures, equipment and materials
Loans are available for major denominations in traditional "steepled" church buildings or independent faiths in non-traditional facilities. If a church does not qualify independently for financing, individual parishioners may co-sign for the loan.
As with most of our programs, church loans are available in most parts of the country.
